From characterisation to automotive DVP&R, we provide expert test support throughout the development process.

Electrical Machine Design

Our team has worked on synchronous and asynchronous eMachines for a wide range of applications and industries, covering a huge range of sizes from 1.5kW to 90MW (shaft power).

By combining a suite of best-in-class commercial software with our specialist in-house development tools we ensure that all customers receive a design which has been thoroughly optimised using the latest multiphysics (electromagnetic, thermal and mechanical) analysis techniques.

As a result of our extensive analysis and verification experience we are able to deliver detailed, accurate simulation results to our customers before progressing to hardware prototypes. This capability allows us to significantly accelerate product development times and reduce costs for our customers, maximising their competitive advantage.
